Jump Robe & Yoga

Join us for an energetic and fun-filled jump rope session! This activity is perfect for improving cardiovascular health, coordination, and endurance.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced jumper, this class will help you stay active and have a great time.

Yoga:
Relax and rejuvenate with our yoga class. Designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and mental clarity, this session is suitable for all levels. Our experienced instructor will guide you through a series of poses and breathing exercises to help you achieve a sense of balance and well-being.

For Kids:
We offer a special 6-week program designed for children aged 5 and up.

This program includes a variety of activities such as jump rope and yoga, tailored to keep kids active and engaged.

Starting on March 7th, the program costs $60 per child and runs every Friday at 3:15 PM and 4:30 PM.

It's a great way for kids to develop physical skills, make new friends, and have fun in a supportive environment.

These activities are part of the Prospera wellness initiative, aimed at promoting a healthy and active lifestyle for all ages.
